ITINERARY
........................................

I build my Coaching practice on 15 years of experience in Management in Multinational Companies. I started a few month internship in Kentucky USA, then expatriated in The People’s Republic of China, up to the June 1989 Tiananmen event. Then relocated to Singapore to take the position of Marketing Manager Asia-Pacific for a few years, got an MBA in Brussels, and took global responsibilities in Business Development & Licensing in the BioPharma and Life Science arena.
I very much enjoyed negotiations dealing with international partnerships and multidisciplinary alliances, -- R&D, Marketing and Sales, Regulatory affairs -- between 1995 and 2001.
Across all functions, I facilitated cross-cultural teams and multidisciplinary projects, sharpening my listening and negotiation skills.
A strong interest for Executive Development at work made me deciding to take the coordination role of the Executive Master in General Management in 2002 at the Solvay Business School, in Brussels, and to start my own coaching practice in parallel.
The common denominator of those years in Management and Coaching is the passion for Exploration and Discovery in Executive Development processes, for the increasing fusion between personal and professional developments, targeting individual and team performance in organisations.
I got a Master of Business Administration degree from Solvay Business School, ULB and a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from FUNDP Namur & the University of Liège. These degrees contributed significantly in consolidating my competencies and interests for Observation, Listening, and ’Diagnosis’ in real management challenges.
Certified Master Practitioner in NLP, Mediator accredited by the federal Mediation Commission in Belgium, initiated to Brief and Systemic Intervention and many other coaching approaches, I bring in my sessions many tools.
But well above the tool box, I emphasize on Active Listening, addressing straight the essence of the challenge defined by the coachee.
The systemic approach allows increased awareness of reality, and opens the door for real choices and responsible attitudes for individuals and organisations.
On that base can performance be built!
