Facilitator

One of my interests is cross-cultural Teams and efficient Meetings facilitation. As well as group decision making, particularly in highly strategic and emotional contexts.

As a facilitator-coach, I work with what’s existing HERE and NOW.
That’s where Information on what really happpens within the team reveals, and where available resources on which to build are to be identified.

Through Facilitation, I can moderate power games,«the  moderator », regulate speech times, make sure everyone understands, ask for feedback and opinions, note agreements and disagreements, notice non verbal information …
