The Coach needs to dare engaging in unknown territories, even for him/her. Coaching is also daring to be scared. It’s precisely because areas still were unexplored that development tracks weren’t identified yet by the coachee. I travel into that unexplored reality with the coachee. That exercise may reveal available resources and allow the coachee to evolve towards his/her objectives.
