I operate Active Listening on four levels of listening : verbal, non verbal, the impact of the other on me, and the overall systemic picture from above. I developed this global listening attitude over years since my Veterinary studies. Active Listening allows optimal availability to the coachee, and specifically contributes to the emergence of development paths.
