TRAINING ON COACHING & THE PIONEER'S COMPETENCES

In 2002-2003, I give at Ichec-Entreprises a training on Coaching. The training is integrated in the very first version of « Best Practices in Management, module on soft skills.»
It is an initiation to the basics of coaching. And inspired by the GROW concept (Goals – Reality - Options – Will) of John Witmore, the reference at the time.
Himself got inducted from Thimoty Gallwey, Harvard lecturer, and Golf specialist : « the Inner game of Golf », from where Coaching was developped.
The overall objective is indeed to free the Potential of the player, or the Manager in a company.
These training bases remain of prime value today, as they are built on Awareness and Responsibility Development from where to start efficient coaching.
