COACHING OF LEARNING - EXECUTIVES

I initiate and implement an individual « learning performance coaching » at the Executive Master in General Management of Solvay Business School in 2002-2003. The coaching program actually starts with the objectives and motivations of the candidate, as early as during the first admission interview for the program. Then follow up sessions are conducted during the year and make sure the candidate is on track wth his/her objectives.

The quality and diversity of the profiles admitted to the Program actually make the Value of such Program.

The personalized coaching has the objective that the experienced Executive can indeed achieve his own goals, in addition to satisfying the graduation conditions required for the Program. This learning coaching keeps the Executive at the center of his evolution and learning curve.

The Executive Master in General Management selects executives that have 10 years professional experience in average, and in order to gather an as diverse as possible class in terms of education or industry. The program is exclusively based on active learning methods, such as case studies, teamwork, or Saturday debates.
