Master BioEngineer, Faculté Universitaire Sciences Agronomiques in Gembloux.

Master of conferences at the FUSAGx since 2006, I teach «Group Dynamics »» to the students in the first Master of BioEngineering. I mainly concentrate the debates around topics such as Interactions between people, non verbal Communication, Emotional Intelligence, management of Influence, meeting management, delegated roles, power games, negociation, conflict and mediation.

I have got a strong interest in bringing to heavy scientific/engineering curses fundamental People Management tools and learning through …awareness development first!

The Bioengineer is and will be tomorrow at the crossroad of the major challenges for the Planet, in terms of Society, Energy and Environment!
